Kodiak Island is home to an extremely healthy mountain goat herd. They are spread over nearly 100 miles of prime mountain terrain throughout the Kodiak Archipelago. A Kodiak Island mountain goat hunt is among the highest callings a hunter can answer to.
These Critters are survivors! With a shaggy mane of hair blowing in the wind, they live in some of the most physically punishing and starkly beautiful country you will ever see. We hunt goats from late August to late October. Tags are by draw only.
